The ISOP will be the source for education for all interested acquiring knowledge in the fast expanding field of organ preservation. We know there is a growing desire at all levels from the hospital to the OPO's and all preservation laboratories as well as research for this information to be made available. The ISOP seeks to educate and equip all who wish to be accredited in organ preservation.
- The Society will host annual professional conferences to provide a forum for reporting advances in the field of organ preservation.
- The Society is preparing to publish a newsletter for reporting of advances in the field of organ preservation and transplantation.
- The Society endeavors to increase public awareness of organ donation and transplantation through collaborating with existing public awareness groups.
