The ABTC approved the examination content that was derived as other exams, from the practice analysis performed by the committee. The title will be similar to the one issued by ISOP, Certified Transplant Preservationist (CTP). To be eligible you must have one full year of work experience in organ preservation.
For maintenance of the title 60 CEPTCs of continuing education must be accumulated or re-examination. The fee has been set at $425 and will be administered in centers throughout the country. Keep your eye on the ISOP website for any further updates regarding this tremendous opportunity.
